Ron Pedersen
President and Chief Executive Officer
S&H Solutions' senior executive has more than three decades of strategic
marketing and an in depth understanding of customer behavior. Ron
Pedersen founded Marketing Specialists, a leading sales and marketing
agency, first serving as President and CEO and then as CEO and Chairman
of the Board. While Pedersen was at the helm of Marketing Specialists,
the firm grew to some sixty offices and six thousand associates.
Additionally, Mr. Pedersen led in the successful merger and acquisition
of two dozen North American businesses. Pedersen has served on numerous
boards and is an active member of current strategic advisory boards.
During recent years, Mr. Pedersen has been involved in the interference
lithography and radio chemical businesses in a turn around leadership
capacity. Mr. Pedersen received his Bachelor of Science in Business from
The University of Minnesota and has completed The Harvard University
advanced management program.
Guy Keller
Senior Vice President Sales & Retail Support
With an extensive sales and marketing background, Keller's career began at Nabisco in various positions
including Regional Vice President - Sales and Operations and Director Sales and Marketing Integration
for the Biscuit Division. He later joined the Pepperidge Farm Division of Campbell's Soup Company as
Customer Vice President and Vice President of Customer Marketing respectively.
Joining S&H greenpoints in 2000, Keller was instrumental in adding several retail clients to the S&H partner group. In March
of 2003 Guy was appointed Vice President Retail Partner Development and charged with creating a partner
centric organization. Keller received his MBA from The Sellinger School of Business at Loyola College
and holds a BS in Marketing from Towson State University. He lives in Chicago and makes excellent use
of O'Hare - the world's busiest airport - to stay in constant contact with the S&H Solutions retail partners.
Steven Ritacco
Chief Technology Officer
Responsible for driving S&H's technological evolution, Steven joined S&H Solutions early in 2004. As Chief Technology Officer, Steve
leads and manages the development, design, and infrastructure systems of S&H Solutions. Previous work experience
includes industry heavyweights such as Hewlett Packard, Adobe, and Motorola. A technologist, Steven brings over 18 years
of leading edge Software and Systems Development experience to S&H. He has also tenured at the high profile
startups GO Corporation and Excite, including two years in Europe as "Virtual Founder" of Excite Italia. Steven holds
a Bachelor of Computer Science from the University of Rhode Island.
Estela Santiago
Vice President, Finance
Estela Santiago has more than 20 years of financial and accounting experience primarily within
the High Tech companies serving the telecoms and communications industries. She has served as Controller within various
organizations, including start-ups and a Fortune 500 company, in both the private and public sectors.
Her management experience also extends into Human Resources, Infrastructure, and Operations. As the Latin American Controller within
SchlumbergerSema, she successfully led her finance team through several acquisitions and transitions. Estela Santiago
graduated with honors from Northeastern University in Boston with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
Perry Ashley
General Counsel
A practicing attorney for over 30 years and co-founder of the law firm, Seaman and Ashley, Ashley is responsible for
all legal functions at S&H. In 1999, Ashley represented S&H greenpoints in its acquisition of The Sperry and Hutchinson
Company from Leucadia Corporation. In addition to his position at S&H, Ashley serves as a director of GI Plastek, Inc.
a precision injection molding company, and as secretary and general counsel of Osceola Foundation, Inc.
Ashley previously served as director of Nantucket Electric Company and represented the company in connection with its merger
into New England Electric System. Ashley earned a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute
and a JD at Harvard Law School.
